I looked into getting a loan to consolidate my debt. I dealt with Layal. Most painless, seamless and smoothest experience i have ever had in my life dealing with a bank.
Luna and Layal are two wonderful workers. They have been helping me every time I come into this bank. They are both outstanding at their job. And they both love helping people, always patient and respectful to their customers.
I had an appointment on the 21st of February which included moving money from one account into my chequing. I was informed it could take up to 15 business days. It's now been a month, I have phoned the individual (Ellou) whom I did paperwork with to be told she is meetings. I get it. I understand meetings, appointments and everything in between. I love this branch. The manager Asad is wonderful and so kind and always ready to help. The teller Luna is super nice and quick!
