Went in at 9:15 asked to speak with someone who could pull up my deep files the bank was empty not a single costermer. The teller told me they couldent help me they had clients at 10 am I needed maby 10 mins worth of help to solve my issue. they told me to come back and the bank was Empty with the advisors sitting at their desks and a group of employees doing nothing but talking in a group in the front . i could have been easily helped . After another bank did not show up to my scheduled new business account meeting, I walked into TD that same day with little expectations. All of the staff were very friendly, and I was greeted immediately. They were even able to help me open a new business account on the spot. Sonja was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. I would highly recommend this branch for any of your business needs.
