Absolutely unacceptable experience at TD Bank this morning. I was treated with complete disrespect by an employee named Alex, who showed a shocking lack of professionalism and empathy. My account was only slightly overdrawn, yet he spoke down to me and made me feel like a second-class citizen. He even claimed to be “the boss,” which was clearly untrue.
