I think this TD location focuses on hiring pretty woman to be their tellers, but lack knowledge of process and procedures. I went in last week to do a simple money transfer, the teller spent 20 minutes telling my account is on hold and trying to figure out why. When I lost my cool and asked to bring in her manager, she was looking at the wrong screen. What are they teaching or not teaching them in training these days. Every time I go into this branch, line ups are out the door and service is horrible
Worst branch LACK OF SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE , PROFESSIONALISM If I don’t need to go to the branch I will not go to this branch and waste my time , I rather ask google or ChatGPT Staff told me to go to another branch if I’m not happy with their service. Should I say if they’re not happy with their job , they can go somewhere else to? I’m not surprise with all the negative reviews I will escalate this to senior customer complaint and the ombudsman (OBSI)
Very slow. Not enough counters for a big line. Waited half an hour.
