Had a terrible experience at this TD Canada Trust branch with Anthony. From the moment we walked in, he had an unwelcoming attitude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He seemed completely uninterested in helping or understanding our needs. Extremely disappointed — would not recommend dealing with him.
This is by far the worst location to deposit your cash through the ATM on any given day. Both the drive thru ATM and lobby always have problems. It will often not take cash deposits or would say "out of order". This has been ongoing for years and no one is doing anything about it.
I had a very disappointing experience at this TD branch, primarily due to the service I received from Natasha. I waited over an hour, only to watch another employee come out from the back and skip the line entirely. I needed assistance with an investment account that is not under my name, and the account holder was on their way. However, Natasha insisted I would have to wait another hour to be helped and rejoin the line, showing no flexibility or understanding of the situation. I came today to pay the bills for the company. It took 30 minutes to process just one bill. I had 3 more bills and it was done all together in 1 hour. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of service, knowledge and professionalism of 2 tailors. When I asked the question why it was so long, they advised me to go to another branch, or ATM, or make a complaint.
