To the attention of TD bank management, Concern Regarding Unprofessional Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during a recent visit to this branvh. My wife and I went in to request a money order, and my wife presented five pieces of valid identification, including a driver's license (albeit expired by a few days), a copy of her passport, physical student ID, physical health card, and physical visa. If you like to get shout at and get embarrassed in front of other people go to this branch, their manager Max and teller Nicole have the worst customer service ever. I had the most horrible experience at this branch unfortunately
