DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE HAD FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS!!!! I spent an hour and a half in this branch today absolutely blown away at the incompetence of the employees, not 1 but 3 different employees could not help me get information I desperately needed. They also failed to properly ask for Id and verification when trying to get me a new debit card (one employee said to the main employee servicing me “well anyone can give a phone number you failed to ask these questions”) I am taken aback at the unprofessionalism, if I didn’... read more
Just went and there was two tellers with people and 4 customers waiting. I was second in line and waited 20 minutes before walking out. Insanely slow
