Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional, Inconsistent, and Arrogant Service This is by far the worst TD branch I’ve encountered in my 20 years of banking with TD – both personally and through multiple business accounts and Waterhouse. Gurpreet is rude and ask me judging questions when I deposit money to the bank with unwelcome attitude and not friendly at all. That’s sad
The worst TD branch in the city. I have been a TD customer over 17years. I have been to this branch numerous times since it opened sometime 2016 or 17, and never seen the same teller twice. The turn over of their staff is unbelievable and tells why their service is bad. One time I deposited cheque and was told by the junior teller that money would be available in 5 days instead he locked my account and was able to use access any amount of money in the two TD accounts. Absolutely unacceptable service. I came in to update the address on my bank account, and was helped by a teller with the last name Kaur. After inserting my card and entering my PIN correctly, she demanded ID — which I provided (a valid driver’s license). Instead of doing her job, she told me they don’t offer address update services and insisted I go to MPI. I explained clearly, multiple times, that I was trying to update my banking address, not my driver’s license. She kept repeating the same nonsense without listening to a ... read more
I only get like 1 or 2 cheques a year. Every single year for the past decade, the ATM at this location fails to let me deposit it. Wastes my time because the teller section is never open
