Paid off a car loan through TD auto, did it in branch so I could receive the payout letter immediately. The people on the phone gave very detailed instructions as to how to receive the lien completion letter from the branch. If small issues like this are handled incorrectly, why would you trust this branch with anything else? Won't be using their services again.

Had an appointment with Parker Li, investment advisor. He was unprofessional and incompetent. Gave me completely wrong information and spoke to me very condescendingly. I verified with 2 reliable sources afterwards (one being the government itself) and both said the information he gave me was false. Would not recommend.

The customer service was above and beyond. I really appreciate the manager, Desiree, and her staff. They were all incredibly helpful.
