I am extremely tired of TD wasting my time, and committing fraud. I placed an expensive order with TD Precious Metals on January 14th. I was sent Canada Post tracking details the next day, and told that I would receive the items within 5-15 business days. The tracking never worked, and the items were never sent. Tried to book an appointment to talk about my account, change names and GIC account. Banker called me and told me I did not need an appointment, which was fine but she did so in quite a rude/abrupt manner. Not sure why banks do not want to meet with their clients anymore and build relationships….turns me off, especially from this branch.
Really disappointed for the front desk white guy. While a lady helping me to upgrade my chequing account and set up the appointment for next meeting to open a new credit card account, the weird short white guy (with a bad attitude) kept jumping in to ask and rush the lady who’s helping me to grab something for him and his client. Went to do some banking the other day- there was a man standing in line and one at the counter. I could sense the frustration of the man standing there and asked how long he had been waiting, he reported over 10 minutes. I could see people in offices helping no one- just on their computers- I asked the teller if he could call someone to help he said, " I am the only one working the counter today."
