This branch and TD are pathetic. They do not care one bit about about Small Business customers. I went to the branch to ask questions to help my business. I was told no one was on site to answer questions. I was promised a call back. The call never came so I called back a week later. Oh I guess no one called? I then get a call later and the guy acts like no big deal. After I explained my issue again, I told him I would file a formal complaint with head office.
Bindia is very nice person Satisfied Really appreciate Thanks alot
Slowest staff 6 people in line waited 30 minutes staff just shuffling around as the walk no hurry up you
I’ve wasted my 25 minutes in line waiting for somebody to help me, she still messed up and I had to come back again for just a simple bank statement.
