i visited the bank last week because i had some emergency . i have the foot injury and i was in intense pain . but lady who's name is sharma did not help me and said you have to wait . i waited 20 minutes for just obtain a cheque . the staff must be trained how to treat people with disabilities.
Charie was amazing employee to deal with. She knows how to give really good customer service..
Their simple process take so long. They spent 5-10 minutes with every customer on simple transaction. Same transaction at ACU take less than two minutes.
