Never enough tellers working. Line often out the door. Only 2 on a Friday afternoon. Waited in line for too long then left. This seems to be the case all the time at this branch, based on my experiences and the frustration of other people in line. Not respectful of their client’s time.
I seldom have the need yo go into a bank branch. However, every time I go to this bank it is the same. There are only 2 tellers working and a long lineup of people waiting. Today it was a friday less than 3 weeks before Christmas. Only 2 tellers working. I waited 15 minutes and the line never moved. I left because at that rate of service, I would've been there for hours. I have banked at this branch for over 40 years and the service and respect for customers is the worst it's ever been. Its pathetic
