Long line, takes so long just to get one customer done. Seriously needs to speed things up.
Today I went to bank and had worst experience with staff today. No one was listening and not even helpful. One philiphian girl and she can’t understand things, then I ask help from Indian and she refused to help. I am unable to understand this behaviour. Garden city staff is not helpful and so arrogant.
I had a very experience today. I had an appointment in the bank today but when I reached one of the customers representative Vivek Kumar behaved very bad with me I wait over there half an hour but instead of helping me they canceled my appointment. But I have more concerns about their behaviour it’s really bad I didn’t accept this kind of behaviour.
