Worst experience ever with the bank manager doesn’t know how to conversate or understand the situation. She just walks off and pretty much tells you to go deal with it. The branch manager is very rode and shouldn’t be in that position !!! They had one cashier serving customers on a Friday afternoon . I went to her office and she wouldn’t even look up at me , raised her voice at me and said it’s busy and we have two cashiers working , I corrected her and said there’s only one working and she’s been with someone for over 20 minutes . She later came out of her office not to help but to give me an arrogant smile !!
I had some questions about my banking services. On Saturday October 25 Joanne Foster was my Service Representative. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and understood my financial needs. Thank you.
Met with Meagan yesterday to open and set up new accounts because I'm not happy with my current financial institution. What a lovely lady! Very kind, helpful and professional. Took the time to review everything with me and I couldn't be happier. Also gave me her direct contact info if I had any questions or problems going forward. Very much enjoyed meeting her, what a value she is to your branch! 😊
