Met with Meagan yesterday to open and set up new accounts because I'm not happy with my current financial institution. What a lovely lady! Very kind, helpful and professional. Took the time to review everything with me and I couldn't be happier. Also gave me her direct contact info if I had any questions or problems going forward. Very much enjoyed meeting her, what a value she is to your branch! 😊
They only ever have 2 tellers working at this branch every time I’ve come in and the line is always out the door. One of the worst branches I have been to in this city. Always takes so long to see a teller. Definitely regret switching banks as my old bank never had this problem. And the teller couldn’t remember how much money I gave her imagine if I was a liar and told her more than what I did. Worst bank I’ve ever been to
I really like the staff at this branch. They’ve been uber helpful and affable. Definitely this banking branch has my recommendation to family and friends .
