Slow and bad services for business accounts
A single teller during regular business hours who has no idea what he is doing is completely unacceptable. its been getting worse and worse, I go to BMO now but had to be here for this account. Sure glad I rarely have to be here anymore. Also funny to see the rude old lady is still getting 1 star reviews and making people feel like they're in the wrong for cashing normal cheques. If you book an appointment and you get Tarun Bhardwaj, cancel it. I went in just to open a TFSA after I was told I’d have to go to a branch. Tarun proceeded to spend the next 10mins trying to sell me mutual funds I had no interest in. After, again, clarifying that I just wanted to open a TFSA, he said in a very condescending tone that he’s a financial advisor that helps with mutual funds and if that’s all I needed I’d have to go to a teller, basically kicking me out.
