Why do the tellers have different policy/procedures from each other? Frustrating to deal with tellers that have different information. The one tell didn't even know about personal taxes/tax refund.
Unbelievable amount of disrespect. An elderly woman working behind the desk falsely informed me that my cheque was invalid. I called another branched they informed me was correct and she was not. After which I returned to have it deposited, rather than admit her mistake makes up some story of how they won’t honour the full amount because it’s “too close” to the date again violation of their policy.
