They don't respond to the voicemail and do not call back. Even bankers don't reply to email. I don't recommend this branch for any banking purposes. Despite sending reminder emails, investment banker does not care about customer service
Horrible customer service
1st time registered with TD bank and this brand is definitely need a better management and proper training! Had to come by more than 4 different times to address 2 matters and only 1 can be done so far becuase their staff and advisors gave out different instructions and missing information! Terrible at their job!
