I placed an online order through the TD website and chose this branch as the pickup location. It has now been over 2 months and I still haven't received any notification or phone call regarding my order. I know there’s been a Canada Post strike, so I completely understand that delays can happen. I called the branch in July and the person I spoke to said the item was still in transit and should arrive in a week or two. They don't respond to the voicemail and do not call back. Even bankers don't reply to email. I don't recommend this branch for any banking purposes. Despite sending reminder emails, investment banker does not care about customer service
