Extremely disappointing experience at the TD Bank branch on Marine Drive in West Vancouver. I went in to withdraw cash and was told there was no cash available through the teller. Even more frustrating, the staff seemed completely unable to explain how to increase my daily debit card withdrawal limit so I could access my own money through a TD ATM. Was closed but had to be open
Today, I visited the TD Bank branch to set up a way to assist my sons, Pedram and his brother, Parham , with their finances when they are away. We were fortunate enough to be assisted by Maryam, and I cannot praise her professionalism enough. Initially, I was considering setting up a Power of Attorney to manage things in their absence.
