Friendly staff, but not very competent. I knew more on how to do a wire transfer and inter banking transfers (from a Canadian bank to another) than the employees and the manager there. I'm not a genius, i left school early. And i don't work in banking at all, and never did. The lack of competence was quite amazing. Also, no follow up or update on a pre approval mortgage after i got them all the documents. I took my business to rbc. Same for investments and something as simple as GIC. RBC wins my business again.
