Dealing with this branch is always a hassle. Every time, it’s either long lines with unproductive staff or unprofessional staff . When trying to get something done, they make things unnecessarily difficult, as if the only way they can assert their authority is by inconveniencing customers. I went to another branch for the same thing was handled quickly and smoothly.
