Poor Customer Service from Julius, the "bank manager". I called this bank because we need to make changes with the house title, Julius was not very helpful at all, I kept asking him if I can grab an email so that I can cc him or anyone that works in the bank, in an email thread with the lawyers to clarify the issue I was having. For the past 8 years, I have been a loyal customer for TD bank Noter dam branch over the years. How ever my experience has left my deeply frustrated and disappointed. Despite my long standing relationship with the bank, it has became increasingly clear that they don’t value their clients. Poor customer service

The service is good the staff is very nice I went to deposit a check and a staff member named (Ananya) helped me she is professional and made it easy I want to thank her and all the bank staff
