Hung up on me when I was trying to ask a few questions about my card and no one ever picks up when I try calling
So slow service I was there today to get my direct deposit filled the staff was so slow I used to go to Pembina location that is closed now that location provide so fast service hope they will improve i dont know why they close pembina location
Only had 1 teller during lunch hour. Line up went outside the store. Employees walked past but didn't help. Stood in line for 40 mins before I finally saw the teller.
They were very helpful with my request. Put me through.
