In August 2025, there was a suspicious transaction on my TD credit card. I called immediately, and TD cancelled the card. It took about three weeks to receive a replacement, so in the meantime I used my debit card for regular purchases. Later, I noticed that I’d been charged $75 in debit transaction fees as a result. I would like to give them a minus 1million. That's about what it is worth. We have been paying and using this place fro more than 30 years and never late, never missed a payment and when it got too high we paid it off. A payment of 200 was only 10 dollars off the amount, but we paid----ALWAYS .Then there was the mail strike ---AGAIN, and we thought because of not getting the bill we/ll pay more just to be sure. Bank manager does not know the right questions to ask to verify account in order to do a simple reset for PIN. I was directed to go home to collect my passport with my infant after already providing drivers license and two credit cards. Greatly inconvenienced. I am super disappointed in the service here.
