Went in yesterday, waited like half a minute in line, the lady in a black suit helped me seconds after her previous customer left the wicket. She replaced my debit card, updated my ID and deposited my cash super fast. She also gave me advice on how to maintain my account in a friendly manner. Branch was spotless clean. There were some random guys in their cars parked at the customer parking stalls, kind of annoying. But the staff and branch overall are great!
I want to share my frustrating experience with the bank I've been working with regarding my mother's estate. Unfortunately, it has been a terrible experience. Today March 26, 2025 8:44 PM, I went to the TD premises located at 6499 Fraser Street, Vancouver BC, the Fraser Street and 49th Ave Vancouver TD Bank branch (Branch Number 566) and wanted to use the ATM machine. A contractor who was going to do the renovations told me that it's closed after 8:00 PM and no ATM could be available. This branch was close due to renovations. Horrible staff and horrible manager. The manager refused to help me and proceeds to speak Chinese to her colleague basically belittling me. I would not recommend this location. It’s so rude and unprofessional. Fire the manager and get a new staff. The manager is some older Asian lady with glasses. If I can rate this place I will give it -1100000/10
This morning I went to renew my RRSP GIC. I am happy with their service.
