Open the account with them and God my credit card very late . After I booked my flight. Got an email at 7 a.m. saying my flight was canceled at my request (I never did). Expedia claimed I used their AI assistant to cancel while I was asleep and still charged me $100. Spent nearly an hour on the phone to fix their error and they made me pay for it.
I want to share my frustrating experience with the bank I've been working with regarding an estate. Unfortunately, it has been a terrible experience. Went in yesterday, waited like half a minute in line, the lady in a black suit helped me seconds after her previous customer left the wicket. She replaced my debit card, updated my ID and deposited my cash super fast. She also gave me advice on how to maintain my account in a friendly manner. Branch was spotless clean. There were some random guys in their cars parked at the customer parking stalls, kind of annoying. But the staff and branch overall are great!
