I had an appointment to open a bank account at this branch, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The representative asked me for multiple forms of ID and kept requesting additional documents. After that, I was told that because I didn’t have my passport with me, I would need to book another appointment. In the end, I was also told there were issues with my address, and my account was never opened. They are not willing to work with you if you have a large amount to deposit. Doesn’t seem like they are interested in your business.
I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service provided by Brenda. She was very prompt and helpful in replying to my email inquiry. Coincidentally, she was also my teller at the branch today. Her thoughtfulness and consideration are truly appreciated! 💕

She really went above and beyond to help, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and making me feel so much more at ease.
