Having reviewed the feedback written about this branch, it is apparent that there have been many concerns raised by a number of customers regarding the organisation and management of the branch. I had an appointment to open a bank account at this branch, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The representative asked me for multiple forms of ID and kept requesting additional documents. After that, I was told that because I didn’t have my passport with me, I would need to book another appointment. In the end, I was also told there were issues with my address, and my account was never opened.
