The staff here are patient and kind. I have had good experiences with them whenever I attend this bank. Be prepared to wait in line at this location as it's very busy. They have every single spot at the counter filled with a teller, but there are just a lot of people who come to this bank and the bank is not physically large enough to accommodate more tellers for more customers.
My wife and me received excellent service from Howard Wong at this branch. He was helpful, polite and efficient.
