My wife and me received excellent service from Howard Wong at this branch. He was helpful, polite and efficient.
This branch provides such consistently poor service that I prefer to go out of my way to seek assistance elsewhere. On several occasions, I have had to visit another branch or rely on online support to resolve issues caused by this location. In addition to their lack of efficiency, the staff have also been noticeably rude and unhelpful. Although it is the closest branch to me, I have stopped using it altogether due to repeated negative experiences.
Never use this bank its so bad. The line ups are stupid long . They never have enough ppl on and they don't care about you as a person. Overall TD bank is the worst ever . They treat ppl like garbage and only care about money . They don't communicate at all. Especially head office and security. You don't have control of your money. They do and if I could rate a minus on TD I'd give miss 100 . Don't be fooled and don't use TD bank for anything
