I arrived for my appointment and was told to just sit and wait. After waiting for over 20 minutes with no explanation, I checked my phone and realized they had cancelled my appointment on their system without my permission.
Great service! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming
Rajiv was very professional and helpful 10/10
Really bad experience. I came last week to request the statement from last year with the letter head and both name on the account. She said $15 fee im ok with that. She said they will call to pick up and its take 2-3days but its been 7 business days and they did not call. When I came in line up talk to the teller he said they have them 3-4 days ago already. But no one call ?? Its really just 1 paper but they waste alot of time to get and never call me to pick up. If I could it can be 0 star.
