TD bank is the worst. I had to wait an hour to certify a check .it costs $15. To be fair, the staff had little to do with the inconvenience. TD policy is the culprit here
Henry was really patient and easy to talk to. He never rushed me and always explained things clearly from the basics, which helped a lot. Super understanding and helpful overall.
I really appreciate Ran (I’m not sure, but I think she was Korean!). Thank you for your outstanding customer service. It was a really great experience at TD Bank again :)
