I regret putting my money and my trust into TD to be met by severe and intentional incompetence. I have lost a large sum of money due to their actions. I will not go into details for the privacy of all accounts, but this has been a very disappointing experience. I now recommend others going to another bank get to financial advice, information and for investments. TD has become an untrustworthy option for myself. Did not have a good experience. Poor service. Manager Tracy was unable to be helpful or work with my banking needs. Recommend you stay away from this branch or look at another bank like RBC which I have not had these issue.
Had a very good experience with teller Daniel Duan. They were very patient and professional.
