This branch gaslights their clients. I went in to pull out some USD cash and asked the bank teller if they knew where the closest TD ATM was that dispenses USD. She informed me that there is no such ATM that dispenses USD cash in a rude tone. I state that I've seen and used one in Brentwood. She stubbornly states that it's not a thing, making me feel as if I'm in the wrong. Untrained staff with stupid manager , something u can solve at other TD but not here
I went to the branch 9/6 to report a stolen card. The teller confirmed that he already closed it. However, the online banking transaction shows that the thief still using my debit card. I am frustrated that this account is a joint account. I have to ask day off with my husband together to go the branch and deal with this fuxking stupid situation.
