Went to the Kerisdale branch to order a credit card for my son. Waited 2 weeks. Went back to the branch and they had no record of the event. Had to do it all over again. What a waste of time. Poorly run bank.

This branch gaslights their clients. I went in to pull out some USD cash and asked the bank teller if they knew where the closest TD ATM was that dispenses USD. She informed me that there is no such ATM that dispenses USD cash in a rude tone. I state that I've seen and used one in Brentwood. She stubbornly states that it's not a thing, making me feel as if I'm in the wrong.
