Met with Sabrina to discuss a line of credit and was treated very unprofessionally. She would ask me multiple times if I had a job as if I were lying the first time and made comments completely unrelated to the line of credit. Then when I asked if getting a co-signer was an option, I told her my mother could sign and my mothers income, then she asked “well why doesn’t your mother just give you the money”. Went to the Kerisdale branch to order a credit card for my son. Waited 2 weeks. Went back to the branch and they had no record of the event. Had to do it all over again. What a waste of time. Poorly run bank.
Thank you to the teller and Sabrina for helping me with my safe deposit box today, June 3, 2025. I didn't get his name, but he had a beard and was jacked. Thanks bro. Been coming here for years, and Sabrina has always been welcoming and giving this place a community feeling. Cheers.
