When is Google going to allow zero star ratings? This branch and TD in general are the absolute worst! It has taken me more than 4 months just to get online access to business banking! Not rocket science, just online banking! Staff on the phone are very friendly and can’t wait to pass you on to the branch because typically they’re unable to do anything. Horribly long lines, every day, no matter what time you go. They have a long counter but 2 tellers working at once while their line ups go way back. There's someone sitting on the back computer not helping any customers. Wear comfy shoes if you want to visit this branch. You will wait forever.
I needed to replace a lost card. Called Easy line through the app and they put a hold on my card and told me to visit a branch with one piece of ID and the TD App on my phone. I’ve done this once before and I was in and out after verifying some account activity. Today was extremely unhelpful. I had to have information from two columns. Everything I had with me fell under one column. But no, they have to tick a box in each column.
