There was a long line, and although requested additional assistance, tellers do not appear to be responding to the situation. They really know how to take their time.

I want to share a huge compliment for Arianna Ha and Adriana Vero at the TD Bank – 1055 Dunsmuir St branch for the absolutely wonderful customer service I received today. I was quite offended during my recent visit. While I was discussing a security question with one staff member, another employee — who wasn’t even assisting me — suddenly said that I needed a Korean translator just because I asked a few times for clarification. Then that person jokingly greeted me in Korean (“Annyeonghaseyo~”), which felt condescending rather than friendly.
