Terrible experience, did not tell me the money will be held so I was stock there!
Really disappointed in the ongoing erosion of quality and customer service at TD. Stellar, quick customer service from professional and caring advisors was what brought my business to TD in the first place — this is no longer their standard. My latest account I tried to open took over 8 months and countless hours of following up due to TD’s repeated systemic failures. The worst experience ever!! I visited this branch and the Midwestern looking female associate had terrible attitude towards a customer. She raised her eyebrows and voice in order for her to deliver the message. Su rude!! I'm a financial advisor and I could understand what she meant. Terrible customer service!!
Standing waiting for the branch to open 10 mins past 9. Employees inside shrugging their shoulders when I gesture that it's time to open. I'm a disabled cancer patient and cannot stand around waiting for people to do their jobs properly.
