I am writing this as I am standing in the longest queue. I have experienced such delays and poor customer service every time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
もう一年半前ですが、口座開設の時、日本人のスタッフにサポートして頂き、安心して開設できました。日本人スタッフ希望の方は事前予約が必要です。学生でしたら、口座開設の際に学生だということを申告すれば月額料金が返ってくるように申請できます。 またアメリカ旅行に行く際に、必要なUSDの現金を交換する際も、笑顔で丁寧に対応して頂きました。（こちらは英語圏の方でした）。支店もたくさんあるためとても便利です。
FYI Charges $5 CAD for withdrawal
Very poor customer service. The lineups are always long — expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Despite having 8 reception desks, I’ve never seen more than 4 in use at the same time. It feels like no one cares about the customer experience.
