Every time I visit this branch, I am deeply disappointed. The queue is consistently extremely long, and customers often have to wait for over an hour for basic transactions. The funny thing is its main branch in Downtown Vancouver but there always 2 teller working at the same time with very basic knowledge and always have to check everything with their manager. This lack of efficiency and knowledgeability is truly unacceptable. The most terrible customer service in Canada. They have to hire more teller (knowledgeable teller)... read more
They are constantly understaffed. Some of their workers are very good, but their management should look into having more than one booth when there is a long lineup. Sometimes it can take up to an hour standing in line.
When client lines up on waiting, front deck service are talking each other .
They are too slow!!!! I don’t get it, I feel like they don’t care about all the people waiting!
