I was starting working holiday to open account here. I moved alberta but still take care of about my issues here’s branch Chloe park. I using td because her. Their is many option to choose but i can’t find how kind and help to customer like her. If Korean working holiday ppl need to open account 100% recommened starting with her. I am rooting for her to receive a larger performance bonus and get promoted.

Over the past year or so I have been slowly moving all of my accounts and investments from TD elsewhere due to numerous customer service issues. I rarely use my TD bank card anymore and had forgotten the PIN. I went into this branch for assistance in resetting the PIN. Staff refused to help because I did not have two pieces of government-issued photo ID with me. That's right, they demanded TWO pieces of photo ID. Apparently the branch manager is called Mathew Lee. He shouldn’t be allowed to manage soda stand. Rude & untrained personnel, unmanaged workflow. They call & bang the phone on the customer. A whole new threshold for incompetence.
