ATMs don't work at accepting cash
I recently withdrew some money from my investment accounts. All staffs are so nice all the time I visit this brunch either I made an appointment or not, and especially Anna Lee is very communicative and efficient worker. Thank you for your help Anna!
The staff at this branch are liars.I repeatedly checked to see if the check was valid, and when they said it was, I applied for and received the money.They told me after I withdrew the money that it was invalid.
We came on Wednesday June 11th at 5:10pm and had terrible customer service from the manager. He was rude and didn’t offer any help. We’ve been long time customers but now we are moving to VanCity across the street. It’s going to be a lot of work to move all our accounts but it’s the only way to show our dissatisfaction.
Went in to pay off and cancel my card and had the manager personally say that it would be cancelled in five business days only to get statements for the last two months and find out he didn’t cancel it at all just took my card-super fishy
