Made an appointment a week ago and took day off for it today. When I showed up the person I was ment to meet with was not expecting me but luckily just happend to be avaliable. Didn't matter though because she was unable to help me set up the simple joint account I was trying to setup. Dispite me asking very specificly if the second person I was setting up the joint account with needed to be avaliable or not at time of appointment. Use a different bank if you can
All the reps there are super helpful and very polite. Also the manager is so kind. I had problem with debit card from quite sometime so I went there today I was helped by one of the staff who checked into my account but couldn’t find anything off and then the manager stepped in to help out, he also walked with me to the atm twice to make sure my card is working. So glad I came to this branch, and everything was done so quick!
I had a positive experience with this branch. Went in to open the Canadian side of a US account, at the exact moment they weren’t able to see me right away but given my own hurried day, they got creative and found a solution for me. I appreciate the extra care I got from Mehrdad, thanks!
It's a bank
Let me preface this by saying, I do not like TD Bank; however, I have maintained an account due to student loans/for moving money from an online bank. I wanted to leave a 5 star review for the staff who have helped me out this last week making a down payment via wire transfer and bank draft. Everyone was so friendly and informative, excellent customer service.
