Generally a well run bank. Feels old, however. Darkish and a little stuffy when there are a lot of people in the bank. Still, they do a good job.
Can not count or do math correctly. Stay away especially if you have USA monies

This was my first time dealing with this branch. It was a very frustrating experience. I booked an online appointment. No one called me at my schedule time, so i had to call the branch myself, then found out the advisor was on leave. I don't understand how an appointment could be confirmed with someone who wasn't even available. Then I was given a 1-800 number and told me they can help me over the phone instead. The teller had no experience depositing a cheque. It took 15 min for her to figure out. After she received some guidance from a fellow with an unnecessary attitude, she wanted to put 5 days hold on the cheque we were depositing. This client of ours is regular, no other branch does that to us. Bad attitude and very amateur group. Will never use this branch again.
