Every time I try to access my own money at this TD branch, it turns into an unnecessary ordeal. The first time, the branch manager refused to issue a draft to my wife to pay off a property she owned — a property I had helped her with. I had to physically bring her in and prove not only that she owned the property, but that we were married. Now, I’m facing the same treatment again. Extremely slow and frustrating service. I'm currently in a line of 20 people, with only two staff members helping—one of whom is still in training. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-off experience; every time I visit this location, it's the same situation. It’s baffling that more staff aren't scheduled to meet the demand.
Refused to take my government or indigenous ID to let me take out money of my own account. Branch has a history of treating indigenous people like 2nd class people. I guess the manager just hates natives
I went in for coins, the advisor Scarlett helped me solved my financial pressure and saved me a lot of money. Koodos to Scarlett! Thank you for making my life easier. She was very empathetic, friendly and patient with me. I really appreciate all the efforts and time spent on my case. Also bonus points for the humour to make me relax and understand that I can make it!!!
I came to this branch as I was passing by to get some work done. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and care by Jeffrey towards my banking needs. Highly recommend people to come and bank here
