Stay far away from this TD Bank location, especially manager Karen S. and advisor Helen (Shenyao) X. Disrespectful, pushy, and unprofessional. They aggressively solicited additional banking products over the phone to my senior mother despite having no prior banking relationship with her. I asked them to stop. This is my first time visiting this branch , to be honest I am very disappointed. Their service was so bad because every stuffs were chit chatting together . No attention at all.
Generally a well run bank. Feels old, however. Darkish and a little stuffy when there are a lot of people in the bank. Still, they do a good job.
