They even highlighted the exact steps I needed to follow — all tied to the specific account I opened. I had a disappointing experience when closing my account at TD Bank. A staff member whose name Jodie Terry gave me a bank draft without telling me there would be a fee. I had asked to get the money in cash, but she didn’t explain the process or the charge. When I asked about it, she gave an unclear excuse and acted like I should’ve known. The actual bank tellers are very friendly and do their best to provide a good experience. The manager was completely unhelpful and did nothing at all to fix mistakes her team had made. If you like loosing thousands of dollars because of a banking error by the staff this is the perfect branch for you. If you like being told “sorry we made a mistake but tough luck” do all of your banking at this branch. If you like feeling like your business doesn’t matter go visit this “bank”.
