A 5 star experience with Francine. She took the time to help my son and set him up with the banking products he needs as a student. Best banking/financial service i have experienced.
The staff at this location lack competence and basic professionalism. I was genuinely stunned by my bizarre appointment: the associate was unfamiliar with the TD products I came to discuss, he instead looked my account, commented "niiiiiice", asked for a fist bump, then proceeded to ask me for investing advice. I left without achieving anything, and had to make a second appointment at the Millrise location, where, thankfully, I had a much better experience.
Dylan was pretty epic and helped me exchange my cash for larger bills. 10/10 super awesome dude
