Got a last minute mortgage with Albert Deng. He is super efficient and productive. Everything is done in 5 days. Can’t thank him enough. I also want to thanks you the brand manager and his front line staff for understanding the situation and helping move my money from 1 acct to another in order to close the mortgage on time. Highly recommend this TD branch. And if u need mortgage, ask for Albert.
I was there today to open my bank account and it was great experience I ever had . I received an outstanding service from Rachel. From the very start, she was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all of my options clearly, answered my many questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made the entire process smooth and stress free.
After reading nothing but terrible reviews of this branch, had some trepidation, but at 5:15 on a Friday they were able to replace a broken ATM card and handle some currency exchange for me very efficiently, so thanks to Austin for handling my requests so quickly. Also good that they're open until 6pm; I've got used to banks closing long before I have time to visit them outside of my own working hours
An untrained and unprofessional manager of this bank rejected my deposit of $10 in my friend's account, because they said in their bank they only accepted an on-line deposit, and also I am not a TD bank's customer. I have known that we are allowed to deposit cash less than $10,000 in any bank or ATM in Canada. 3 months after, my friend deposited some cash in one of TD bank's in Richmond. I’ve been to this TD Bank branch many times and the service is always very slow. The staff seem unmotivated and things take much longer than they should. There are always long lineups, no matter what time I visit. Very frustrating experience compared to other banks
