We had a good experience coming to this location. We wanted to open a new account on top of our current account. It usually takes an hour or more to make an appointment Mr. Tran made sure to accommodate us as earlier as possible after 15 minutes of looking for any of his colleagues available we got our service and filled up our new account with 30 mins. Attempted appointment. Was declined to be given the appointment. Branch representatives are there paid to assist not dump clients because they feel like it, otherwise I suggest you to quit your job. Good day
Got a last minute mortgage with Albert Deng. He is super efficient and productive. Everything is done in 5 days. Can’t thank him enough. I also want to thanks you the brand manager and his front line staff for understanding the situation and helping move my money from 1 acct to another in order to close the mortgage on time. Highly recommend this TD branch. And if u need mortgage, ask for Albert.
