Ive tried calling and setting up an appointment. It says that I should grt a call back and I never do. While I can call any other bank and get a call back the same day. Absolutely terrible customer service
New Manager ok & staff...try to learn the ropes. Short of staff. They can handle busy moments. I know will improve ! Just be patient. I had worst service in Vancouver.
I do all my banking here.
I'm switching banks asap. Wouldn't give me 5k line of credit for a vehicle. Another bank gave me $30k for a new vehicle. So TD don't deserve my "fees"!
