I'm switching banks asap. Wouldn't give me 5k line of credit for a vehicle. Another bank gave me $30k for a new vehicle. So TD don't deserve my "fees"!
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. I went in to open an account, and not only was the service extremely poor, but even the branch manager couldn't be bothered to help. On my first visit, they never mentioned that I needed two pieces of ID. I came back with what I was told was needed, only to be told something different again. This has to be one of the worst TD banks I have ever dealt with. It actually made me realize that I will never bank with TD again and cannot wait to move my mortgage. Austin Forry has to be one of the most incompetent bank employees I have dealt with. He literally will never get back to you and you are constantly having to get back to him DAYS after you have not heard anything. Typical big bank. Your a number, they will charge you tons of fees for work they won't do. Would not recommend anytime of mortgage through them. Tons of admin charges but will do everything to not actually do the work. Tried contacting them for help to resolve and still waiting to hear back.
