New atm outside. Went 3 yrs after moving here without and they lock their lobby doors after hours so no access to atm inside

Today I visited the bank and the person who was there named Malika or Maluka she was in “I don’t want to work” mode and she told me that if I don’t have an appointment they can not help me and the branch was basically empty only two customer with a staff on another meeting and she took my cheque and she star to ask me questions and for every answer that I provide she contradicts me and she said that because it was my furst time that I deposit the cheque that the bank will retain me the money for 5 days and I said it is not t... read more
