One of the best TDs I’ve been too. The staff are always helpful, I come here for my business as well as personal use! The staff always answer questions and are extremely friendly! So thankful for the staff here
Absolutely garbage customer service.4 times went there to pay bill and they paid wrong account. Went to deposit money and she just left some in counting machine and said it’s not enough. Just wasted 30minuts and she didn’t serve properly. She did huge mistakes took money. Wish could leave zero stars.supervisor there too even she didn’t fix it.
Just wasted a half hour of my time to walk to this place to get money from the bank machine to find out the doors are locked. Now I just wasted my money at the corner store for bank fees at their atm. Looks like I’m switching banks to one that doesn’t look their doors after hours. Wish i could leave zero star feedback!!!!!!
Paying fees for a locked door? I should have access to my money at any time. If you have an issue, contact the police or something. We shouldn’t be locked from accessing our account.
