They need to go back to using your client card to unlock ATM. Not everyone can get there during business hours. It's our money so should have 24 hour access. And don't blame it on the housing challenged using the lobby. Just put back the access with your card.
Useless branch, ATM is on the same schedule as the in person tellers. What is the point of even having an atm if you can’t access it outside of bank hours?
The manager here is very rude and dismissive. She was too busy talking to her boyfriend to even bother assisting the obviously new teller. She came over long enough to tell me and the new girl they couldn't help me. Told me to call the 1800 number. Rolled her eyes and walked away. The other reviews for this place speak for themselves. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. Wish I could give less than one star.
