Just wasted a half hour of my time to walk to this place to get money from the bank machine to find out the doors are locked. Now I just wasted my money at the corner store for bank fees at their atm. Looks like I’m switching banks to one that doesn’t look their doors after hours. Wish i could leave zero star feedback!!!!!!
Paying fees for a locked door? I should have access to my money at any time. If you have an issue, contact the police or something. We shouldn’t be locked from accessing our account.
The teller who first greeted us and was helping us was very kind, polite, and patient she was excellent with customer service and assisting us with our needs. The manager that came over to assist and ask security questions was very impolite. The manager did explain that only my daughter could answer the questions, no problem. My daughter did not understand some of the questions due to her learning disability, I was attempting to explain this to the manager. If you are going to lock the doors to the ATM access, you should NOT charge bank fee's... If you have issues with people sleeping in there hire a security guard or find a way to allow access to card holders... I shouldn't have to pay ATM fee's other places when I should have access to a free ATM at my bank... Don't make your problems my problem.
Absolute garbage service, can't even do after hours banking now cause thats the solution to the homeless problem just screw the customer. Also offering lones at low rates through email but when you apply get absolutely hosed and not qualified for the rate THEY offered, then a hit on your credit rating when you refuse their garbage rate.. but all Canadian banks are garbage and totally in collusion with authoritarian government when they illegally seized bank accounts during the Freedom protest.
