Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication to providing excellent customer service. I agree with Jeet Baath.I was behind in line when Jagruti shah was dealing with them.Her behaviour was not suitable towards both customer. TD management should take appropriate action to improve their front end. No body want to be insulted by TD employees. This is new low.
Right now there is one employee Jagurati Shah. She is very arrogant . She is not trained to solve problem of customer and provided me false information regarding a transaction. TD management should look into it.
An employee at your Cedar Hill branch in Surrey, Jagruti Shah, does not seem to have professional training in customer service. She was very rude and unprofessional when dealing with me, and her tone was intimidating. She even tried to intimidate me using the AML Act, but when I asked how the AML Act applied to my normal day-to-day transaction, she was unable to provide an explanation.
