Well I’m not sure that this branch is not perfect for banking
Slowest service I ever saw, one of there employ always talking off talking with the clients and talking forever to assist one client. They don’t care about the line up. One of the Asian lady (employ) she is very rude. I saw her yelling at senior citizen, the person got confused and scared.
Best T.D. branch I have ever visited. Customer service is a 11 out of 10. So nice to be treated like a person not a number.
Worst branch in the whole Bc. First stance front desk agents are nice but manager doesn’t know how to treat customers. She wouldn’t listen to customer and have a reply ready, what a great customer service. Change her.
