Had been there so many times. Previous staff members were really nice and helpful. Especially Vikas. New staff is very unprofessional. They don't know anything and always ask you to call customer support because they don't know anything.
Came in on Dec 20 and met with Annie K. She does not know anything about her job. I asked several times about DI with a FHSA account and she said that is not an option. Went to a different bank today where I was told an email was sent out earlier in December where they said this was available. She is clearly misinformed and the employee needs to be trained properly as I have locked my money away now due to this terrible advice.
