Their personal banking options are really good, never had any issues. But, for taking personal mortgage I have always got better rates with other banks.
I can see why their rating is so low. Nasty woman at Fleetwood branch wouldn't let me deposit cash into my brother's TD account because I didn't bank with TD. I told her I used to bank with them. She was rude and just said its their policy even though I told her I've done it at another branch before. She said the other branch weren't following the policy, which is untrue, because after I raced across town to the branch that allowed it before they told me the policy is new and I do need to have an account to deposit cash into... read more
