Though my overall experience with this branch has been acceptable, obtaining a basic account statement has been unnecessarily difficult. When the account was opened, it appears no delivery option (paper or digital) was selected—possibly overlooked by the staff. As a result, for the past two years I have had to visit the branch in person just to get a simple statement. I stopped using TD after having an extremely unsatisfactory experience at a different branch, however, my mother still uses TD. I went with my mother to her appointment, as a translator, and requested a transfer of accounts on her behalf. The banker we had the appointment with (Rajneet Ritu Bhamra) refused to put in the request without a statement from the other bank… I have never heard of this before despite having done bank transfers in the past.
