can't be bothered to make an ATM accessible to customers. what's the point of advertising an ATM if you don't have any access to it after hours? also remove all the ATM availability from Chevron stations

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a bank. Tushar helped me open an account and clearly explained all the offers and benefits. Very polite and pleasant employee.
Today I went to the bank at 9:15 to buy a bank draft. I arrived very politely, but when she finished, she didn't hand it to me but threw it on the table without asking if I needed an envelope or no. It was like giving money to a beggar. I paid the bank service I'm not an impolite or unprofessional person, so why would the bank have someone like that?she is Indian person, I would like she have to training more how to work at bank , thanks
