Poor service
I went in there to pay my aunties visa bill with exact cash. They would not accept the cash. I was not a client, but she is. I asked them to deposit the cash to her account and then pay the bill, using the current statement I had. I did not need a receipt, so no numbers would be seen. They would still not do it. I guess they would rather take the loss and write the visa off than take cash to pay it off. We are talking about 162.40. Makes no sense.
WORST BRANCH!!! My mom came here every two weeks to deposit her regular cheque and they keep the money almost every time, because they said that she do not have a record, OMG that’s her regular payment cheque she always goes there and she do not have a record???? that’s the ONLY branch where this happens to her, unfortunately she have to go there because is the closest bank that close until 6 pm, the people there were so unkind to her, worst branch.
The most long waiting in line. Teller are all new , my god closing time need the more usefull teller.
