The teller with black tabar was abit pushy , in rush not enough customer service values. They other gentleman with abit of curly long hair was great teller .
No rush New machines
Forgot to submit the paperwork for our resp. Reminded them 2 weeks later and they submitted it but couldn’t figure out how to complete the paperwork and wanted us to come in 3 times to help them, despite it being their job. Messed up the paperwork and we lost out on $250 from the govt grant part of the resp. They wont take accountability and replace the $250 portion. They shouldn’t be hiring people who aren’t competent at the job and end up screwing up peoples’ finances.
Like there info about services they offer to help you getting more for you dollar.
Ok. So you're supposed to be trusted with my money but can't even open you're bank on time? Says you open at 9. When my shift starts I'm expected to be ready. Maybe show up to work a bit earlier to actually prepare to be open on time.
