I have had extensive dealings with this branch and, generally speaking, the customer service representatives are consistently polite, professional, and friendly. In particular, Sebastian, the Investment Representative, is outstanding! His professionalism and knowledge made me feel confident and comfortable, and he would be well-suited as Branch Manager. The bank manager is absolutely incompetent, disrespectful, and unprofessional. TD should be ashamed of hiring such useless staff.
Great staff. The manager of this branch is lazy. Been in here a few times to watch her only two staff on, sometimes one, have to work through the entire lineup. I go to Why Road, and the branch manager even puts customers through to make sure that their experience is great, quick and efficient. Hopefully this manager sees my review and can start acting like the others around. If you’re tired, go on a holiday, come back fresh. Customer service is a MUST.
