Ok. So you're supposed to be trusted with my money but can't even open you're bank on time? Says you open at 9. When my shift starts I'm expected to be ready. Maybe show up to work a bit earlier to actually prepare to be open on time.
Spouse went into clover bar TD branch to make a cash payment on my credit card and was refused because not the account holder. I understand there may be policies in place, but this wasn’t clearly explained anywhere beforehand. Phoned prior to making the charge and payment. It was frustrating to take the time to go in person only to be turned away for something that seems like a simple transaction. Horrible Branch. Opened a TD credit card for my spouse and me to get the aeroplan points! One of the promotions to spend enough in the first few months to get the max aeroplan points! Called at 129 pm today And said hi, we’re going to make a charge at a shop For maintenance on a vehicle And we want to put it on the credit card and then bring cash from a sale of $3200 And pay the credit card card right after. Unwilling to help - said I needed 3 pieces of ID to make a change to my account, went to the branch on Sherwood Drive and they showed me only 2 pieces were required.
