My wife went in at 2:50pm. Tried to pay her grandmother's bills with her grandmother's card and you told her she's stealing money? Now I see people avoid this place. I guess common sense isn't apart of your business lmao
My sons account was frauded by someone who coerced him into accepting a fraudulent cheque. He was 16 and had no idea it was a scam and wouldn’t have any way of knowing. The bank has refused to support him and has actually said he is responsible. This is the fraud department, not the branch. We thought accounts were protected by the bank for these scams, we are very disappointed they are not supporting him and giving his money back. It took him two years part time to earn this kind of money that someone stole from him.
Bank is supposed to be open until 5pm Employees are rolling out the door before 445 pm and bank is closed . Hours are no longer posted on door. So much for customer service.
