The customer service here has become fantastic! I am a regular customer who comes in regularly to make deposits and Ashley, Braiden and Vishal are always so friendly and nice to deal with. They offer top notch service and I am grateful!
I was scheduled to receive my documents at 2:00 pm but did not receive them until 3:30 pm. I reviewed and signed them right away, but at 4:00 pm I was contacted and asked to come in person to sign the same documents again—after the markets had already closed. My recent experience at the TD Bank branch on December 2nd was deeply disappointing and highly concerning. The issues stemmed directly from a complete lack of professionalism and understanding of basic banking procedures on the part of the frontline cashiers and, critically, the Branch Manager This level of incompetence and discourtesy for a major institution like TD Bank is unacceptable.
