Poor personal servise at this Queen st. branch in St. Catharines. I waited 30 minutes to be served at 11 am. There were 11 customers in line behind me. Only two tellers working. There was one more who stopped to talk to branch manager behind the counter and one more worker. When I approched them and said that we should be their priority at the monent they told me, in an elevated voice, that they are busy. After over 40 years of being with td , I'm considering changing to another institution.
TD doesn't care about anybody who lives downtown in St Catharines because the Queen Street branch is closed on Saturdays they also permanently closed the one on Geneva which was definitely a convenience for anybody in that area of town especially ones that don't drive. I was frauded this week so they automatically canceled my bank card on me and now I can't get a new card until Monday because their bank is not open and it's freezing cold so I'm not walking halfway across the city just to get a new bank card! The customer service here has become fantastic! I am a regular customer who comes in regularly to make deposits and Ashley, Braiden and Vishal are always so friendly and nice to deal with. They offer top notch service and I am grateful!
I was scheduled to receive my documents at 2:00 pm but did not receive them until 3:30 pm. I reviewed and signed them right away, but at 4:00 pm I was contacted and asked to come in person to sign the same documents again—after the markets had already closed. When I expressed my frustration, I was told, “I have other customers” and “I’m trying my best”. This has not been an isolated issue.
