Showed up early for a meeting with an advisor and they were no where to be seen, well after the meeting time started. Unprofessional, won't be back.
At first i was happy with this branch but as of late it has became soulless, at first everything is offered and now nothing even when you explain the situation completely nothing to be done for some cents they say oh its unfortunate but you can only wait till the charges come to work more and pay more cause you did not check for cents when it was explained that the payment came 1 day ahead of what was supposed. $400 out of my confirmed cash deposit of $5,000 was skimmed by the teller and she is bringing excuses that she committed mistake by hand counting the cash due to sticky bills and later on machine count confirmed that she could steal my money. I am wondering why the sticky bills did not make my deposit $5400!? So, there is a dishonest teller in this branch who deserves to be kicked out for good.
