This branch is a nightmare. I signed up online and went to use my acct and was frozen. They were requiring multiple pieces of ID - which is not what their paperwork said - to unfreeze my acct. Could not do at counter - had to see an advisor after waiting in line for FORTY minutes. Advisor was just as unhelpful. Decided to walk in at the Polo Park branch and was helped at the counter within 5 minutes.
Unbelievably busy but only three wickets open one of which is for business's, so two wickets out of I don't even know how many! This bank gets slower and slower each time I visit
