Staff are friendly but the service is terrible. Wish I could give zero stars. Only one teller working, waited at least 15 minutes and I was the next person in line. Many employees walking around but no one opened another till. One customer behind me highly agitated. I walked past the bank about 15 minutes later, there were at least 10 people waiting in line. There are eight teller stations in this bank, only one open for business acts and one for regular customers. Do better!

I wanted to deposit MPI govt issued cheque and manager wanted to hold the whole amount for 5 business days. They can't trust govt cheque and I'm TD's customer since 2011. I requested at least release 2500 out of 9300 which was short to buy my new ride but Manager want me to use my line of credit. No choice but to go to RBC
One teller! Every other teller just standing around. Wait 40 mins with only three people ahead of me. lol isn’t that fricken crazy!!!!! Since the last manager retired this is the slowest the bank has been since being under a new manager 😂 this is just insane!!!!! Go to a different location unless you want to spend a hour in line in front of two or three people!
