I just called this branch to set up an appointment regarding some questions about my account. Erfan answered all of my questions politely and offered an excellent solution that saved me a lot of time by eliminating the need to visit the branch in person.
I want to extend a huge thank you to Ash and his manager, Ali, at TD. I’ve been struggling with a very frustrating issue—my TD credit card PIN stopped working, and I was bounced back and forth between TD Credit Card Customer Service and the branch, with neither side taking responsibility. This bank is truly terrible even the atm doesnt work 99% of the time the doors are closed ir theres somone cleaning inside definitely most useless td bank branch out there
