I'm disappointed the ironwood branch is closing soon. The location is very convenient with good parking, good service and available safety deposit boxes (which are not available at other branches).

I give this branch the highest rating for its service and professionalism. It's the best TD Canada Bank branch I've encountered in the Greater Vancouver area. In particular, employee Kirby Yee and his supervisor provided immediate and prompt assistance with the services and requests I needed. Thank you so much!
The wait times at this location are atrocious. The staff is always slow as molasses: I can see why it’s closing. It doesn’t even matter if this branch is the closest to me, it’s just terrible and I just always use the other locations.
