They hold bank drafts. During business hours when they could be verified and when you bring in a receipt and have proof of it's source bank. Didn't even offer me the normal $2000 to be available that the ATM would have. Do better. And told me the hold is because of my relationship. Though I've have a Visa (Cad and USD), LOC, HELOC, MTG, Chq (Cad and USD) and Savings accounts. Since before 2013.
I will never go to this branch again
There was a fraud transaction made to my card and IVAN was willing to stay over work hour to help me resolve the problem and to issue me a new debit card. I told him I could come back tomorrow since the branch was closing and I didn't want to make him stay behind. However, he said that's okay, he didn't want me to waste my time to come back tomorrow. Ivan truly cares about his customers and his job. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much for you help, Ivan!
