Man I spoke with over the phone was rude and condescending. He did not seem to know what he was talking about as I had a question I had been helped with before but he said “we don’t do that here.” Super rude and dismissive. I called another branch and has my issue resolved immediately.
I just had a 20-minute wait even though there were only a handful of customers. There were 8 employees present, 5 of whom were behind the desk, but most of them weren't taking customers. I don't mind waiting if there's a line, but this was ridiculous. Save time and go to a different branch.
