Please be aware of a Chinese bank teller who wears glasses. I brought in a bunch of coins to deposit, but he didn’t even bother to count how many coins there were. With no professionalism at all, he just threw out a number! I refused to accept that and started counting at the counter, but he sighed and rolled his eyes at me. This is completely unreasonable. My gf had a terrible customer experience in the past. I would give 0 star if I can. The advisor name is Charleene. She’s terrible
This branch has a very unprofessional and rude financial advisor. Just five minutes into the appointment, I asked a simple question for clarification—and the advisor responded by sighing loudly and rolling her eyes. I was shocked and frankly disgusted. Since when are clients not allowed to ask questions during a financial advising session? I came in expecting support and guidance, not judgment and condescension. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a role meant to assist and advise.
One agent open a credit card account for me and then entered wrong postal code, it’s about a month I’m still waiting for my credit card!
Service has been poor these last few years, at least it is so consistent with same poor attitude. 20 minutes to do one transaction ???
