Joanne chow was not helpful I was here this evening try to see why they are holding my money which it the rent day next day and I have already deposited the cheque it’s say 5 business days and today was the sixth day they should release the money I came to talk to manger Which I had baby with me she wasn’t helpful person
Understaffed and tellers do not know their products.
Slow and not so friendly compared to other TD branches nearby.
You can do most financial services including everyday banking at this TD branch across the street from CIBC. The staff were not particularly friendly but could communicate in English.
All the bank employees are like mad dogs, very bad attitude to the clients. I have banked in many TD bank branches and this one is the worst of the worst! All the other TD banks in Vancouver have very polite employees!!!
