I got so lucky that liz chen is the one who accompany me when I go to there bank she so bubbly and so kind and I like her service hope when I come back to do some transctions on there branch shes the one again to accompany me... Thank you Liz ♥️🫶🏻
I live downtown, so I often visit a branch there. However, this branch is by far the friendliest, kindest, and most helpful one I’ve ever been to. In particular, Aaric was incredibly kind and helpful — it was the best experience I’ve ever had at TD. He took the time to understand my concerns and questions, and gave me thoughtful, accurate advice — the kind I’ve never received at any downtown branch. Thank you so much for your help. I truly appreciate him!
The staffs are loud and noisy. I had a hard time hearing the taller or each other.
I had an exceptional experience with Curtis, the Branch Manager at the TD Richmond branch on McClelland Road. After a frustrating experience at another nearby branch involving a wire transfer amendment, I arrived at this branch feeling anxious and disappointed.
