To TD Management and Corporate Office, As a valued TD member who deals with TD as first choice of bank for personal and business loan, it is very upsetting to experience such a pathetic customer service experience at this branch on my recent visit. I went here few times. Emily Liu has great service. Very polite and professional. I been to a lof of td bank and she is really outstanding. Thumbs up.

I recently went to this branch to get some bank stuff done, and I wasn't looking forward to it because in the past, I have received poor customer service at Scotiabank. However, one of their associates named Jowen was very friendly and non-judgmental. More importantly, she did not ask irrelevant questions that has nothing to do with banking. She was very helpful and gave me advices that I never thought of. It was a really nice experience that put my experience with other banks to shame. Thank you so much, Jowen!
