Great service, professionalism, and empathy provided specifically by Aaric Li. Our secondary premium Aeroplan card didn’t arrive in the mail, and we needed it for Air Canada airport and lounge benefits. In short, he was able to direct us and provide correct information so we were able to link our card to Aeroplan in a couple of business days and travel smoothly. Kudos 👍🏼
To TD Management and Corporate Office, As a valued TD member who deals with TD as first choice of bank for personal and business loan, it is very upsetting to experience such a pathetic customer service experience at this branch on my recent visit. Most of the team members on our visit have been extremely helpful and pleasant.
