Yesterday, I visited the Sakura restaurant across the street and then went to the TD Bank opposite it. As a Korean speaker, I needed assistance from someone who spoke Korean, but there was no such staff member at that branch. A male staff member who was standing behind kindly helped me and introduced me to a Korean-speaking staff member at another branch. Very poor costumer service my husband is inquiring about something and the teller said oh you have to wait for the code not even take a look and asked what else she can help us with and just turned her back on us they don't have even client and act thea she's not happy to assist us well think twice before you visit this branch .
