This branch has the best staff of all TD branches. When it comes to customer service they have always gone beyond expectations. Danny Chu came to meet us on his day off to complete a loan application and TFSA investment accounts. Anika Vats and Kate Xu gave us a beautiful Lunar New Year Zodiac copper coin. We love it. Please keep this tradition every year so we can collect all twelve animals. It means so much to the customers. Thank you for your great customer service!
The moment the advisor Jayden realized I was not interested in the product he pitched, the attitude changed. Will never return to this location. Also told me mutual fund can be transferred directly to WS which is WRONG information. Disappointing experience.
It's always a pleasure visiting this branch, a bit off the beaten path and not too busy, but what sets this branch apart is the great service. A special mention to Anika who has always been helpful and patient: from mundane changes to recurring payment to helping the kids with bank accounts. Thanks also to Micole, who has been helpful. I'll be back!
Danny was 40 minutes late for my appointment. GIC investments aren't tied to their sales performance, so no banker really cares.
