I canceled my TD business account 2 days ago because you guys refuse to provide a simple debit card with your business accounts. Unlike Vancity and other banks. I was told I could get a credit card if I wanted to spend the money in my business account. But I don’t want a credit card I just want a simple debit card. So I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I had incredible service at this branch. Lucas helped me open a chequing account that fit my exact needs, and never tried to upsell me. Another time I was having trouble with a transfer, but Lucas and his colleague helped me resolve it within minutes!
Very disappointing service at this branch. My company has a business account here, but the level of professionalism—especially from the manager—has been unacceptable. Basic inquiries were ignored, and there was little to no communication or willingness to assist. As a business client, timely responses and professional support are essential, and this branch fell far below expectations.
