Absolutely brutal, a person comes in to a BANK and cannot break a bill or buy change off a BANK because they’re not a customer. Defeats the purpose of calling yourself a BANK!!! After that, I will NEVER open an account with this institution for as long as I live.
I've been very impressed by the staff at this branch since banking here for the last 7 months. Without exception they have always been friendly and helpful.
