I had incredible service at this branch. Lucas helped me open a chequing account that fit my exact needs, and never tried to upsell me. Another time I was having trouble with a transfer, but Lucas and his colleague helped me resolve it within minutes!
Very disappointing service at this branch. My company has a business account here, but the level of professionalism—especially from the manager—has been unacceptable. Basic inquiries were ignored, and there was little to no communication or willingness to assist. As a business client, timely responses and professional support are essential, and this branch fell far below expectations.

Terrible customer service. They were not able to resolve our issue and had no recommendations for us. We drove to the No 2 road location and they were able to help us. The location is run down and not well managed. Night and day culture difference from the other TD branches. I do not recommend using this branch.
Recently got a new mortgage and worked with Karyn Wong. She has been so awesome - we can't say enough great things about our experience. Things on our end didn't go as originally planned, but Karyn assured us it would work out and was there to help (and change plans) at every step. She really cares on a personal level. I would highly recommend Karyn for all your mortgage needs.
