Went to the bank to use the ATM at 0655hrs on Saturday Nov 22 and both doors were locked The hours are posted on both doors for the ATM as 0600am to 1000pm . Please fix this your customers rely on what is posted on your doors . Thank you
I visited the TD branch a few weeks ago and had an unpleasant experience with the branch manager, Kathleen Ma. I felt disappointed and felt that my concerns as a client weren't taken seriously by her and that she could have shown more willingness to help and patience during the interaction. She refused to answer my questions and gave me attitude for asking for help with my account.
Absolutely wonderful experience at this branch. I’ve had incredibly frustrating issues with TD in the past and present, but the team at the Granville branch went above and beyond. I don’t say this lightly as they could have easily pushed me off to corporate, but they didn’t. They resolved the issue themselves.
