I wish there was zero star or minus , use to be one of the friendly bank to deal with , the new staff Lynn does not have any knowledge to help the customer and not even willing to ask experienced staff to help , always got an answer I don’t know if I ask a question if my DD was made right and was advising to ask the other bank to which it was made for .
