Tanya is so helpful every time I go to this branch. TD should keep employees like her around for a long time.
Anytime I come to the bank the drive thru ATMs are down and you can’t go into the building to use those ATM either. Feel like I’m back in the early 2000’s
ATMs are always out of order when I visit this branch, and if you have a problem the tellers can't or don't help, they just tell me to call the 1-800 help line.
Wish I could give zero,atm drive through always out of service. Hard to access your account if not able to get there on business hours. Downtown atms closed after hours to. Just a real inconvenience for your customers. I've been with TD for around 25 years and I'm at the point to go to another bank as I can never access my bank account. Not everyone one works on your hours
I really want to reach out and extend my thanks to the representative who helped my mom and dad with changing their banking information. I believe her name is “Barb”. She was so sweet and patient, and I truly appreciated her assistance!
