Tellers are very friendly and nice
Often busy. The staff have been pleasant and helpful dealing with difficult issues.
Received horrible service at this location today from teller Sukh Sunner*. There was no warmth or any client service skills at all from this person. She was rude initially from the way she called me up to her till (unwelcoming), and was condescending throughout the entire transaction. I could tell she was having a miserable day and it's unfortunate that clients get the brunt of tellers like her who lack customer service skills or just simply, respect and kindness towards others.
