Received horrible service at this location today from teller Sukh Sunner*. There was no warmth or any client service skills at all from this person. She was rude initially from the way she called me up to her till (unwelcoming), and was condescending throughout the entire transaction. I could tell she was having a miserable day and it's unfortunate that clients get the brunt of tellers like her who lack customer service skills or just simply, respect and kindness towards others. I had a very disappointing experience at TD Bank with an employee named ‘Sukh Sunner’. While I was being assisted by another staff member, she rudely interrupted, demanding that I leave the counter and wait elsewhere—even though I was already being helped. Her tone was unprofessional, impatient, and completely lacking in respect. Not only was she rude to me, but I also noticed that she wasn’t speaking kindly to her fellow staff members either . I had an appointment at 10am and the guy named Jordan Mehling was late 20minutes and even didn't say sorry to me. I needed to rush to go to work then, he doesn't care about customer's time, no professional mind. Please keep it that and think about my time is important too.
