8:05pm on a Saturday and I can’t use the machines just inside the first set of doors. So much for convenient banking services that TD used to boast about 🤷♂️
Negligent management of RESP account sign up for additional children. We did all that was required as clients to ensure smooth addition of our children to RESP; however, the bank did not complete the administrative process to set up the account properly and did not inform us of failure to complete the sign up. The bank then did not rectify issue after we informed them of their failure 3x. Grant money was lost. Time wasted. Great service
The rep dont even have a patience to retain and have a minimum etiquette to retain ola customers.
Locks ATMs after business hours and staff seems very inexperienced when you go to the counter. This is the biggest joke of a td I seen in a while
