Came here 3 times, no matter how complicated problem is, they have solved it in fractions. Verry responseive and really great service. In comparison to other branch got my problem solved. Appreciate the efforts and really thankful for hiring good staff. Was really disappointed with richmond road branch.
I can see why other reviews are so low however, I just had a great experience with Hadeza being my first time at this location. She went above and beyond to try and help me! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and overall super helpful! If you visit this location definitely see Hadeza at the tellers. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!
Why the heck will the ATM on Sundays is closed, why do they keep their ATM hours the same as the operating hours. That sucks and doesn’t even make sense! The whole point of having an ATM is to provide service during closing times!
No access to atms after hours. Super inconvenient
