I was at the branch on April 19th,to deposit a draft check from my other bank, Ms. Vicky said that she we'll keep it 5 days on hold, I said there no raison for that, just call my other bank and you will have the answer, I've been over 20 years with Td,with disrespect way Ms Vicky told me, I don't have time to call anyone, I'll keep it 5 days on hold! I asked her to talk to supervisor, she said with a strongly, I'm the boss!! Monday I went to an other branch, they deposit the draft with question and without hold!!
I work late and if I need the ATM, it has the same hours as the bank. So I go to another machine down the road and of course it is "Temporarily Out of Service" on many occasions. This then means I have to drive to Westgate and hope that the ATM is functioning. What if I didn't drive? The banks are making it impossible for someone who doesn't drive to do any banking after hours. I have had this issue more than a dozen times. The ATMs are bot available when the bank is closed
This branch in the Fairlawn Mall has very bad service. I wired money in the early morning at 10am. The recipient did not receive any sign that money would come in. I went back to the branch at 4:40pm to ask. Three employees were standing at the counter and chatting. After I asked they recalled that they hadn't released the fund so the recipient would never receive the money. The money is for my client to buy a property today.
