“Our ATMs keep the same hours as the branch”. Is this a joke? Isn’t the “A” in ATM for automated? Ie ATM’s don’t need humans to operate. Why deny customers access to their money unnecessarily?
I want to express my sincere appreciation for Sheyeda at the front desk. She was so pleasant, approachable, and went out of her way to assist me. Her positive energy and professionalism made my visit a great experience!
Got a new card. Made a quik deposit. Help was fast, friendly and efficient. Thank you
The staff here don’t know anything for one, for two it’s 11 o’clock on a Sunday and I can’t find a bank machine. I’m at the second td I went to this morning since they now lock the ATM machines when the bank is closed you cannot access the ATM machine.
