Employees are not helpful at all
I recently moved back to Canada after living abroad for the past 10 years. One of the first things I needed to do was open new bank accounts for myself and my son, so I visited the TD Canada Trust branch at Carling & Fairlawn in Ottawa. I had the pleasure of working with Linda Kefos, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Idiotic that the ATM is available during the same hours as the bank. Have had not good experience at this branch. Was told "you should have followed up". NO accountability.
Service here isn’t the best. I keep getting a teller who acts like is too good to fully help me beyond the bare minimum. Can’t wait to move my mortgage from TD!
Annoying the ATMs aren't accessible during off hours, most banks/other TDs have the ATMS usable during off hours.
