Customer convenience. Couldn't get at after hours banking machines, due to doors being locked.
Terrible service, incompetent employees. It was the only branch near me that could open accounts on Saturday, but I guess it was a good warning for what service with TD could be like, so 1 star for saving me from getting an account with TD.
I was at the branch on April 19th,to deposit a draft check from my other bank, Ms. Vicky said that she we'll keep it 5 days on hold, I said there no raison for that, just call my other bank and you will have the answer, I've been over 20 years with Td,with disrespect way Ms Vicky told me, I don't have time to call anyone, I'll keep it 5 days on hold! I asked her to talk to supervisor, she said with a strongly, I'm the boss!! Monday I went to an other branch, they deposit the draft with question and without hold!!
I work late and if I need the ATM, it has the same hours as the bank. So I go to another machine down the road and of course it is "Temporarily Out of Service" on many occasions. This then means I have to drive to Westgate and hope that the ATM is functioning. What if I didn't drive? The banks are making it impossible for someone who doesn't drive to do any banking after hours. I have had this issue more than a dozen times.
