Locks ATMs after business hours and staff seems very inexperienced when you go to the counter. This is the biggest joke of a td I seen in a while
I don't understand why there are two green machines in this bank that during Bank hours you have access to it but outside of the regular Bank hours the doors are locked and nobody can use them. People have busy lives and a lot of us can't get to the bank between 9:00 and 5:00. If you're not going to have green machines available outside of regular Bank hours, what's the point!
Customer convenience. Couldn't get at after hours banking machines, due to doors being locked.
Terrible service, incompetent employees. It was the only branch near me that could open accounts on Saturday, but I guess it was a good warning for what service with TD could be like, so 1 star for saving me from getting an account with TD.
