One of the personal banking associates told me that they could not accept my resume, and the way it was communicated felt unprofessional. Disappointing experience at this TD branch. The advisor, Mr. Sharma, helped me open a joint account but didn’t explain that joint accounts were not eligible for the promotion I clearly wanted. He also failed to follow through on a scheduled phone appointment and did not call back after saying he will do so. Unprofessional and irresponsible service.
Interesting business model: The Ontario Superior Court sees my disability status and waives fees to ensure access to justice. TD Bank sees my status, observes a total communication blackout, and decides it's the perfect time to harvest NSF fees while I’m locked out by their own rigid MFA. It’s a 'Governance Gap' you can really feel in your stomach.
