I was on the phone earlier with my mom, trying to translate for her because the staff were being extremely rude while she was just trying to ask a simple question. I was told the manager is on vacation and that the only Arabic-speaking staff member is unavailable. Horrendous service.
On May 22 I went to TD bank in Billing Bridge shoping to deposit a bank draft from Scotia Bank and you will not believe what kind of questions the cashier was asking like do you know who gave you the draft?? And it took the intervention of a higher level employee to complete a simple bank deposit another question if I am using the deposit the day. Now assuming that the Scotia bank cannot honor their draft cheque there is enough cash in the account to cover the cheque. Now I learned my lesson to not deposit certified or bank ... read more
Absolutely terrible service. I won’t go to all the details but the manager would not come address my concerns which I was bringing up to the teller. They were rude and condescending.
