Absolutely terrible service. I won’t go to all the details but the manager would not come address my concerns which I was bringing up to the teller. They were rude and condescending.
This branch has a gem of a financial adviser, Kandi Khare. I am writing to express my gratitude for her depth of knowledge, expertise, thoroughness in explaining/answering questions, personal warmth, caring approach.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and I waited until 10:25 AM. Urooj, the financial advisor assigned to my appointment, was sitting an office across from me and engaged in conversation with a colleague. I found her to be the least professional financial advisor I have ever encountered. I believe that TD should ensure their employees receive proper training for their roles. I had an appointment with Kandi to discuss my investment options. She was fantastic and exceptional at explaining how various registered accounts such as TFSA, FHSA and RRSP works. Superb and spectacular service! Nothing less than impressive. Kandi essentially gave me a free course in Investing and Personal Finance 101. Thank you Kandi!
