Very great service from Tan today. I was extremely satisfied with her customer service today, her tone and the way she handled my inquiry regarding the mailed card. Great job Tan and TD keep it up 🙏🏾👏🏾
Worst bank ever. I opened an account online and got a card and pin number in the mail. Tried the pin to make an in- store purchase but it didn't work. Went to the bank and they said my account was flagged as fraud and my card was blocked (even though I never made any purchases with it). At the teller, they treated me like a criminal and states I needed 2 pieces of ID to be able to get a new card issued. So I was only allowed to withdraw funds and nothing more.
