I waited in line today for a full 40 minutes to be served. Many people gave up and left. At the wicket I was another 10 minutes for a straightforward transaction. Poorly staffed, and poorly trained. The assistant bank manager waited on me, and had no idea what to do. He had to call over the Manager of Customer Relations. Very disappointed in TD today.
