July 2nd 2025 visit. This is the busiest branch I’ve ever been to. But the staff are friendly, helpful and did their absolute best with my issue. Yes, the line was long, there were only 3 tellers and I took a lot of time. 40 mins with a teller, 40 mins waiting after the teller tried her best to navigate my specific issue with a manager and then another 20 mins to complete the visit. I went into this branch due to my card being flagged as having a potential fraud. They were completely unwilling to help me as I had a temporary driver's license. The employee made a jab at me saying good luck opening an account at another bank, nobody will accept this ID. I had my paper license, birth certificate, government of Canada ID, health card. Well I went to CIBC and they were so kind to me and opened me an account no problem. TD will never have my business again. They are currently holding my entire account hostage... read more
Would give a zero star if I could!! Extremely slow at this bank!! I always wait in line for a very long time, when I go to this bank. One of the times I went there I waited in line for almost an hour!! If you’re planning on going to this bank, be prepared to bring a lawn chair and a book!! Because you’re going to be waiting in line for a very long time!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Always long lines and not enough tellers. You would think that on a Friday management would know to schedule in more people. Entire queue is full and only 2 tellers. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't the bank my store dealt with.
