Service here is terribly slow. Staff walk around doing other work while there is 1-2 tellers servicing a full lineup of 20 people. Definitely not a good service model at all, especially with the billions banks have in their coffers. Service levels are simply pathetic here as compared to other branches.
Like 90% of the other comments have stated slow!!! theres 20 ppl going out the door with only two bank tellers and a bunch more employees walking the floors like it shouldn’t take 40 minutes standing in line smh
